This Privacy Policy explains how the Android game Color Transit ("the Game") handles information. The Game is published by RM Puzzle Games ("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of data protection laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), RM Puzzle Games is responsible for the Game.

If you have any question about this policy, contact us at rmpuzzlegames.support@gmail.com.

1. Summary

2. Information stored on your device

The Game saves the following information in its private storage on your device so that you can continue where you left off:

This information is not sent to us. It contains no name, email address, phone number or contact details.

Android backup. If you have enabled backup on your Android device, Android may include the Game's saved data in your device backup to your Google Account. This backup is provided and controlled by Google under your Google Account settings, not by us. See Back up or restore data on your Android device.

3. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information directly. The Game has no forms or accounts, and the Game's own code does not send your data to any server operated by us.

Gameplay analytics (Unity Analytics)

To improve level design and fix problems, the Game uses Unity Analytics, a service of Unity Technologies. Where the law requires your consent (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), analytics only starts after you agree in the privacy choices shown when you first open the Game; elsewhere it starts when the Game starts. Analytics is never used for children who indicate they are under the required age.

When active, the Game sends Unity anonymous gameplay statistics: levels started, completed and failed, time taken, stars, boosters used, rewarded videos watched and similar in-game events, together with device information (device model, operating system version, language, approximate country or region) and a random identifier that Unity creates for this installation. This information is not used for advertising, is not sold, and does not include your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.

You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings › Privacy settings (where available in your region), and you can ask us to delete the analytics data linked to your installation by writing to rmpuzzlegames.support@gmail.com.

Google Play Games

If you use Google Play Games on your device, the Game signs in to it automatically. From Google we receive your Play Games player ID and gamer name. We use them to show your name in the Game, to unlock achievements and to post your scores (highest level and stars) to the Game's leaderboards. Achievements and scores are stored by Google in your Play Games profile and can be seen by other players according to your Play Games settings.

Cloud save

If you turn on Cloud Save in Settings, a copy of your game progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters and settings) is saved to your Google account using Google Play Games Saved Games, so you can continue on another phone. You can turn Cloud Save off at any time in Settings. To delete the cloud copy, remove Color Transit's data from your Google account (Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, or your Google Account → Data & privacy).

This data is handled by Google under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not run our own servers for it, and it is not sold or used for advertising.

Reminders (local notifications)

With your permission, the Game schedules notifications on your device, such as a reminder that your daily reward is ready or that a level is waiting. They are created and stored on your phone only; no data is sent to us or anyone else for them. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's notification settings.

We do not use Unity Cloud Diagnostics (crash reporting) or any other attribution or crash-reporting service.

4. Advertising

4.1 Our advertising partners

The Game uses the following advertising services:

ServiceProviderRole
Unity LevelPlayUnity Technologies (ironSource)Ad mediation: selects which ad network delivers an ad
ironSource AdsUnity Technologies (ironSource)Ad network
Unity AdsUnity TechnologiesAd network

The ad partners' software includes an ad-quality component that helps them verify ads and prevent fraud.

4.2 Information the advertising partners may collect

Subject to Section 4.3, when the Game starts and when ads are loaded or shown, the advertising partners' software may collect and process information such as:

The advertising partners' software may also use Android's Privacy Sandbox features (such as Topics and Attribution Reporting) where your device supports them and your device settings allow it.

The advertising partners use this information to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, detect fraud and, where permitted, show personalised ads. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies (Section 11).

4.3 Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

When you first play in these regions, the Game asks your age group. If you are under 16, no consent is requested and no advertising partner software is started. If you are 16 or older, we show a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, listing our advertising partners (Unity Ads and ironSource). Ads load only if you allow storing and accessing information on your device; if you decline, the Game works fully without ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy settings.

The consent form is provided by Google, which receives technical information needed to show it and record your choice (such as your IP address and device information). See the Google Privacy Policy in Section 11.

4.4 Your advertising choices

You can control advertising-related data on your Android device at any time:

5. In-app purchases

The Game sells optional virtual items (coin packs, a one-time Starter Pack, festival bundles and the piggy bank). Purchases are made and paid through Google Play Billing. Your payment details (card, UPI, bank or Google Play balance) are handled only by Google; we never see or store them. Google tells the Game which item was bought and gives an order ID, which the Game keeps on your device to deliver the item exactly once. We do not send purchase information to analytics or to any server of ours. Purchased virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

For refunds, see Google Play's refund policy or contact us at rmpuzzlegames.support@gmail.com. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Device permissions

The Game (including the advertising partners' software it contains) requests these Android permissions:

PermissionWhy
Internet and network stateTo load ads. The Game itself can be played offline.
Google Play Billing (BILLING)To make the optional in-app purchases described in Section 5.
Advertising ID (AD_ID)Used by the advertising partners as described in Section 4.
Privacy Sandbox ad services (Topics, Attribution)Used by the advertising partners where supported.
VibrationOptional haptic feedback; can be turned off in the Game's settings.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)Optional reminders, for example when your daily reward is ready. Asked once; you can turn them off in your phone's settings.
Wake lock, run at startup, foreground serviceUsed by Android system libraries included with the advertising software to schedule background work, and to keep your reminders after the phone restarts.

The Game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or precise location.

7. Technical data from the game engine

The Game is built with the Unity engine. Unity Technologies may automatically receive limited technical information about your device (such as device model, operating system and hardware capabilities) to support and improve its engine. See the Unity Privacy Policy (Section 11).

8. Children

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We tell our advertising partners that the Game is not child-directed. We do not knowingly allow the collection of personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the Game, contact us at rmpuzzlegames.support@gmail.com and we will help. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, players under 16 do not see ads and no gameplay analytics are collected.

9. Data retention and deletion

Data on your device is kept until you delete it. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the Game or by using Settings › Apps › Color Transit › Storage › Clear storage on your device. The Game does not currently offer an in-game "delete data" option.

Android backups in your Google Account are managed by Google; you can delete them in your Google Account or device backup settings. Google Play Games data (your achievements, leaderboard scores and the Cloud Save copy) is stored by Google in your Google account. You can delete it in the Play Games app (Settings → Delete Play Games account & data) or in your Google Account (Data & privacy). Turning Cloud Save off in the Game stops new copies from being saved.

We do not store your data on our own servers, so we have no copy of your game data to delete. Gameplay analytics (Section 3) are stored by Unity Technologies and kept according to Unity's retention policy. To delete the analytics data linked to your installation, write to rmpuzzlegames.support@gmail.com and we will ask Unity to delete it.

Advertising partners keep information according to their own retention policies. Because we do not receive advertising data that identifies you, requests about that data are best sent to the relevant partner (Section 11). We are happy to help you with such a request.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

Because we do not hold personal information about you on our systems, most requests concern data held by our advertising partners, which you can exercise directly with them using the links in Section 11. You can also contact us at rmpuzzlegames.support@gmail.com and we will respond and help you contact the right partner.

Residents of certain US states. We do not sell personal information for money. Our advertising partners may use device identifiers and related data for targeted advertising, which some US state laws may treat as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can limit this by deleting or resetting your advertising ID or opting out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Section 4.4).

11. Third-party privacy policies

12. International transfers

Our advertising partners and the providers of the Android and Unity platforms may process information in countries other than the one you live in, including countries with different data protection laws. They are responsible for the safeguards described in their own privacy policies.

13. Security

The Game stores your progress in its private app storage on your device, which other apps cannot normally access. The Game does not transmit your game data to us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we keep the information the Game handles to a minimum.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. We will post the updated policy at the same address and change the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will also let you know in the Game or on its Google Play page.
