Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the games published by RM Puzzle Games ("we", "us", "our"), including Color Transit (each a "Game"). By downloading, installing or playing a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Who can play
Our Games are intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game and make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- The Game may let you earn or buy virtual items such as coins, boosters, bundles and other in-game content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items can only be used inside the Game.
- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money or redeemed for anything outside the Game.
- When you buy a Virtual Item you receive a limited licence to use it in the Game. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and payment policies. We do not see or store your payment details.
- Prices are shown in the Game before you buy and may change from time to time. Limited-time offers are available only for the period shown.
- Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase did not arrive, contact us and we will help.
- Your progress and Virtual Items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data without using Cloud Save (where available), they may be lost and we may not be able to restore them.
4. Advertising
The Game may show optional rewarded video ads provided by third parties. Watching an ad is always your choice. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites or apps they link to.
5. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, or use bots, hacks, modified versions of the Game or any unauthorised third-party software;
- exploit bugs or errors to gain Virtual Items or progress; please report bugs to us instead;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Game, except where the law allows it;
- sell, rent or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it;
- use the Game in any way that breaks the law or harms other people or the Game.
If you break these rules, we may remove Virtual Items obtained unfairly or stop you from using the Game.
6. Our content
The Game and everything in it, including its code, artwork, characters, levels, music, sounds and text, and the names and logos of RM Puzzle Games and our Games, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

8. Updates and availability
We may update the Game, add or remove features or content, change how Virtual Items work, or stop offering the Game, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or free of errors.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress or Virtual Items. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a Game will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending these Terms
You can stop using a Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your right to use a Game if you break these Terms. Sections 3 (no real-world value), 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after these Terms end.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim in your home courts or under local law, these Terms do not take that right away.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If you keep playing after a change, the updated Terms apply.
